I probably blog too much about museums, but I can’t help it, London is full of art and culture. And while Husband and I normally take our children with us, it is so relaxing going to a museum on our own. This week, Moozles and Dubz are spending two days with their grandparents. So on Thursday, Husband and I had a day out in central London. And while we were there, we popped into The Wallace Collection.
Rather than start with the art, let’s get down with the basics. The Wallace Collection is a national museum and it does not charge entry. It is open seven days a week, and only closes 24-26 December. It is only about a five minute walk from Bond Street tube station (Central Line). Bond Street station is on Oxford Street, which means you are very close to fab shopping and a plethora of restaurants.
