After about six weeks of anticipation, Halloween came and went in a flash. Moozles went as a skeleton bride and Dubz was an evil jester. The kids had a great time picking out their costumes (which I got from Sainsburys during their 25% off deal, as usual). And they enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood looking spooky. I love how you see lots of lovely decorations and so many friendly faces. Halloween feels like such a community event when you’re a parent.
Of course the favourite aspect of Halloween, for many children, is the trick-or-treating. Moozles and Dubz love going from neighbour to neighbour getting sweets/candy (although by Thursday, my kids had forgotten about the sweets). And I quite like eating the fun-size chocolate bars when the kids are in bed. Hope your Halloween celebrations were full of fun and chocolate.

They look great, hope they had a wonderful time, trick or treating was the highlight of the day here on our farm fun day too.
Trick or treating is lovely when there are so many families out. Love the costumes. My daughter was wearing last year’s Sainsburys – rather similar to what Moozles is wearing!
They look awesome, we hardly had any trick or treaters visit us.
Thank you for linking up
Love the costumes and we enjoyed trick or treating too this year for the first time! #MySundayPhoto
Great costumes, I confess that some of the Halloween swag might get recycled into the advent calendar drawers #MySundayPhoto
Wow those outfits are amazing! I loved seeing all the little costumes from the kddies that came trick or treating at ours X #mysundayphoto
Oh fun! We skipped Trick or Treating this year and had a party at home instead. Got to celebrate, one way or the other. Love their outfits. Your jester is certainly getting into the spirit. #MySundayPhoto
