A few days ago, my girl and I went to the The Toy Store in the heart of London’s main shopping area on Oxford Street (Bond Street tube station). If you are not familiar with The Toy Store, that is because this is the first store in the UK (and its flagship). The store is spacious and interactive. It is everything a great toy store should be.
Besides the brands you would expect to find (Lego, My Little Pony, Disney Princesses, Duplo, Star Wars and Marvel), there are games, puzzles and crafts. There are toys for babies and toddlers, up to big kids.
There are little cars, trikes and scooters on which to ride around the store. There are demonstrations of various toys and crafts, allowing the kids to test out some of the toys before buying them. Moozles especially loved racing cars, watching (and even getting to try) Marvin’s Magic Tricks and having her nails painted. If only they had had toy stores like this when I was growing up in California.

We were invited to visit The Toy Store and given a voucher for the purpose of this review. All opinions expressed are entirely my own.
Oh my that Toy Store looks amazing! What kid (big or little) wouldn’t love to go hang out there? I love the fact that it is interactive too, and there are activities to do. So much more than shopping, they really make it a fun place for everyone.
Yes, they have really put a lot of thought into it to make it a great destination and more than just a store.
Still so gutted to have missed it and seeing you! Looks amazing xx
Sorry you couldn’t attend. Hope your boy is all better now! xx
