Last Sunday, my family and I went into central London for a sneak preview of The Angry Birds Movie in 3D. We were treated to some drinks and canapés before getting to meet the stars of the film. Moozles and Dubz were so excited, especially Dubz and he made sure to have several cuddles with the birds. I even managed a little cuddle too.
Then we got to watch The Angry Birds Movie. First of all, I have to say that I don’t like 3D films just because I hate wearing those glasses, so I only wore mine for half the movie. But despite this, we all enjoyed The Angry Birds Movie. Moozles and Dubz really loved it and thought it was hilarious. I wasn’t sure how they were going to make the game into a movie, but I found the plot between the birds and pigs quite cute and clever (I won’t give away any details).
I also enjoyed the soundtrack, but I wish there was a bit more music (especially when they played Tone Loc). If I was one of those fancy film reviewers, I would probably give The Angry Birds Movie 3.5 out of five stars. We all liked it. And Dubz, who is barely four years old, stayed sitting for 99% of the film which is always a good sign. The Angry Birds Movie is out in cinemas in the UK on the 13th May 2016.
We were invited to the screening of The Angry Birds Movie in 3D by Peperami, who are official partners of the film. All opinions expressed are entirely my own.
