My make-up bag is looking pretty empty. I don’t wear much make-up anyway, but it has gotten to the point that my 7-year old now has more make-up than me. *sob, sob* So I’ve been looking for some new beauty products. And as always, I need new lipstick (can you ever have too many lipsticks??). I am sure you’re all in the same position. Plus, with spring approaching, who doesn’t want some new make-up to brighten your face?! So, when House of Fraser asked me to hold a giveaway for my readers, I jumped at the chance.
Yea! It’s Half-term! The kids are off school for the week so no school runs. But that means keeping the kids entertained all day every day. But this week I know what my kids will be doing. They will be watching Halloween premiere episodes of fab shows on Nick Jr UK (Sky channel 615, Virgin 715 and TalkTalk channel 318). If you’re free in the afternoon this week, why not pop on the telly and check out these fab shows.
- Monday the 26th – Dora and Friends: Into the City 4.30pm
- Monday the 26th – Peppa Pig 5.30pm
- Tuesday the 27th – Paw Patrol 5.30pm
- Wednesday the 28th – Zack & Quack 5.30pm
- Thursday the 29th – Lily’s Driftwood Bay 5.30pm
- Friday the 30th – Wallykazam! 5.30pm
While your children are watching the above shows, why not pop onto Twitter to try and win some great prizes from @UKMUMSTV. Please join me and some other friends on Twitter on Monday the 26th from 4.45pm for a Twitter party. Use the hashtag so you don’t miss anything #NickJrPumpkinParty.
I’m also giving away this fab prize bundle, from Nick Jr. – just pop your details in the Rafflecopter for a chance to win. Good luck!
Obviously it is fun picking out new covers and cases for your mobiles and iPads. But you know what’s even more fun? Designing your very own. So I was thrilled when the lovely people from CaseApp offered me the chance to design a new case for my iPad.
Although the CaseApp website has loads of designs to choose from, you can upload your own design or photos. I picked a simple three-photo collage. But the entire design and ordering process was quite simple. The toughest part was choosing the photos. And once I ordered my case, it took four days to receive it (with the standard delivery).
It took about two seconds to place the case on the iPad and it feels very secure. We have found our case to be really sturdy (Dubz has dropped the iPad twice in the two times he has used it last week). The photos look bright and of a high quality. If you would like to order a case or skin for your mobile, laptop, iMac or iPad, you can receive 20% off your order with code CALIFORNIACASE.
For the chance to design a case for your mobile phone, why not enter my giveaway?!
I was sent a case for the purpose of this review and giveaway. All opinions expressed are entirely my own.
